Toner For Dry Skin Recipe
Hyaluronic toner contains moisture-binding hyaluronic acid that replenishes and refines your skin and helps the dry skin to retain moisture.

Hyaluronic Acid Powder (HA) - 1g
Distilled water/Rose water - 89g

 

Part B

Aloe vera extract - 10g
Germall Plus Preservatives - 10 drops

Instructions:

Dissolve HA in the distilled water/floral water, then add part B. Stir well and pour into container
