Shipping Policy

Delivery Days
We process online orders within 2-3 working days. 


Our logistic partner with their best effort will deliver your parcels.
Peninsular Malaysia: within 2-5 working days.
East Malaysia: within 7-14 days. 
No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery Rates
The price differs based on your selection of delivery upon checkout of purchase. 
The delivery rates will be automatically calculated for you upon checkout.
If the order is too large and cannot be packed in one box, additional shipping charges will apply for the additional boxes.



Urgent Order
While we would love to accommodate all urgent orders and get your parcels to you as early as possible, however it would be safer for you to allow a window frame of 3-5 days for delivery in case of any delays during delivery.


International Deliveries 
Currently we do ship to Singapore but do not let this stop you for calling us. Feel free to call us to give us your order list and request for shipping rates to your country. We will be delighted to assist you.


Shipping Partners
We use variety of shipping partners for West Malaysia and East Malaysia. You will be informed of the courier service handling your order as well as tracking number.
If you would like to arrange a private pick up under your own freight account, please feel free to let us know the details.


Delivery Delays
Slight delays will also happen due to public holidays and festive seasons. Your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.


Holiday Slowdown
Our courier partners may not be available during some public holidays. Therefore the parcels will not be picked up until after the holidays. Again your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.


Change of address
We cannot change the mailing address once order has been sent out. Please ensure your mailing address is correct.


Damages
If a parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and send us the photos. Please note that you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will then resend you  a new set of items. Please keep all the damaged goods as you may require to return to us.


Returns
Unfortunately we will not entertain any returns or change of products once the craft materials have been sent out.  Please do check your orders to make sure everything is correct before making payment. Any shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
