Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

  1. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns, refunds or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order. 
  2. Orders are only eligible for returns, refunds or replacements if the products received are damaged, have defects, wrong item received, missed out or you received a product with short expiry date of less than 6 months (Short expiry products sold under CLEARANCE ITEMS or labelled as SHORT EXPIRY on the website and in-store are not entitled for return and refund). 
  3. All CLEARANCE ITEMS and products labelled with SHORT EXPIRY on the website and in-store are not entitled for return and refund. 
  4. We highly encourage all our customers to take an unboxing video. This will help speed up our returns, refunds and replacement process and decisions.
  5. To request for return and refund or exchange, please follow the below:
    • Email us at elynrecipe.order@gmail.com with the subject title “Return & Refund or Exchange: [Your Order Number]”. (For example, Return & Refund or Exchange: 20240109164902316)
    • Attach the unboxing video of your order, photos of the parcel (all 6 sides) and the product itself with the defects and the product with the expiry date clearly shown. 
  6. If you did not receive any email reply from us within 2 working days in regards to your returns, refunds and exchanges, please WhatsApp message us at 011-10960508 or 017-3690213.
  7. It may be necessary for customers to return goods by post, in which case, reimbursement of return shipping costs will be included in refund/credit (only if the error is on Elyn Recipe behalf). International returns can also be accepted for being faulty, damaged, or exchanged. Please ensure full tracking details (airway bill or tracking number) are provided in order to monitor the speed of the parcel being sent back.
  8. If an error has been made by Elyn Recipe with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing, we will gladly pay for return shipment. 
  9. Products must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your order number, name, contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Whether you require a refund or a replacement, it is extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning so that the return can be processed accurately & promptly.
  10. We do not accept cancellations and returns for change of mind on the products bought.
